The staff here was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for exploring the old town area by taxi; I enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant nearby.

The exceptionally nice and lovely location for the price, just off night market and mall, other destinations/ attraction nearby as Chang Phuaek, Thae Pae gate, Chiang Mai gate, Warorot Market, or Chiang Mai Zoo, Doi Su Thep and the centre of Chiang Mai. Nicely furnished and good-sized rooms - value for money. Nice pool, parking on-site. A very special stay for 5 nights.

the breakfast is substantial and very good, i really enjoyed it. the rooms are contemporary and well furnished with separate bath tub, good breakfast plus great views of the mountains.

Nice design of interiors in twin room. Had very good a safe, a sofa bed, and an electronic key card. Location - particularly good close enough to Furama during the Singapore food fair which a Singaporean chief was send to cook and train the Thai staffs, transport and opposite Maya shopping mall and Kad Suan Kaew shopping complex. Kindness of the staff.

The convenient location here is unbeatable, with a short distance to the Meya shopping plaza, numerous nice restaurants close by, and Mya shopping mall, all in a safe area.

A bit over priced & out on a limb, advertises shuttle bus to airport it would be advantageous if this was free, room was spacious & clean, breakfast disappointing! Overall a pleasant stay, nice view of the mountain.

Very disspointed about the 2 swimming pools - one very dirty with many rest of food inside, and both pools not clear water.

Well, they really take care of you here! the superior queen room is top-notch - it's got a Jacuzzi tub and a beautiful Mountain View 🌄.

The food options here were awesome, with a nice variety of delicious meals. the room where I stayed was modern and had good furniture, with 2 bedrooms and even hot water for a relaxing shower 🚿.

The location was amazing, close to Maya shopping mall. the personnel was outstandingly accommodating. - My superior queen room was spotless and had all the basic facilities needed.

Furama Hotel is located NW of city center in a good area with nice restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. Taxis and tuk-tuks are always available in the exterior parking area. Laundry service, a convenience store and passable Thai restaurant are located in a connected building. Concierge service was helpful in arranging Thai cooking classes and a dental appointment. The hotel has good exercise equipment in the gym.

Cheaper rooms have ADSL Internet connections, so you are tethered to a desk/cable with this option. Rooms with WiFi connectivity cost 200 Thai baht extra per day. There are lots of mosquitoes in the hotel lobby because they leave the doors open most of the day.
